BollyFunk is Bollywood dance infused with elements of hip hop and jazz. The class level will be teens & adults, intermediate/advanced. However, ALL level dancers are welcome and encouraged to try it out! The workshop will be filmed and all dancers will have the opportunity to be featured in the workshop video going up on Anisha's channel!

Anisha Babbar is a San Francisco based Bollywood Fusion dancer and choreographer with over ten years of eclectic training in Bollywood, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Contemporary dance. Anisha worked as a professional dancer, instructor, and choreographer for the Mona Khan Company from 2009-2016, where she danced in over 60 productions and performances. During her college years, she was the lead dancer and choreographer of UC Berkeley Azaad, where she led her team to win four first place titles and the title of runners-up at Bollywood America 2014. 

During her tenure, Anisha was also the three-time winner of both the Best Female Dancer and Best Choreography awards. In 2014, her choreography was selected out of over 20 different student groups by the UC Berkeley Aumni Association to be showcased at their annual charity gala in Hong Kong. 

Anisha's performance repertoire includes the Super Bowl 50 halftime show, NBC's America's Got Talent, the NBA Warriors halftime show, and performances with icons such as Sharhrukh Khan and Shaan. Anisha has also recently choreographed some viral video projects, including a dance cover to "Kamli" which was recognized and shared by Yash Raj Films!
